Cancellation Policy

For Pre-Paid Orders (Prior to shipment):

• All you need to do is give us a call within 24 working hours post order placing of your order at our customer care no. 079-40086050 / 079-4890230 or drop an email at info@avancephyto.com contact@avancephyto.com within a period of 24 working hours from the time/date of placing the product
• If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 48 working hours (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) of raising the Refund request.
• All refunds will be made with same mode of transaction for prepaid orders. For COD orders, payment will be made via Cheque / Net-banking only.
• If the product is shipped or is in transit, the refund will be initiated once we get the product back in the warehouse
• In this case the courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For COD Orders :

• Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
• Keep the product and the package ready in case of AVANCE PHYTOTHERAPIES India to pick up.
